RIGHT HERE IN HOLLISTON

Many women recently exercised their right to vote by casting their ballots in the presidential primary. However, women were not always so lucky to have this important right.

The Holliston Historical Society celebrates the One Hundredth Anniversary of the Woman Suffrage Amendment. The celebration takes place on March 22, 2020, at 2 PM at the Holliston Historical Society at 547 Washington Street (Rt. 16) in Holliston, MA.

Join us and hear how Holliston women battled prejudice and the resistance put in their way as they fought to win the right to vote. Strong women won for us this right. Hear how they did it.
