Collections & Research
The Holliston Historical Society has many useful resources to help you learn about the history of our town.
Learn about the historic Asa Whiting House and Barn, our Library and Collections, and news and recollections of interest to our members and friends.
Thanks to the efforts of dedicated Society Members, volunteers, and interns, we also have created an electronic database to catalog our holdings.

Historic Town Cemeteries
We have also added information about our Historic Town Cemeteries. Names and relative locations within the cemetery have been compiled. The Society gratefully thanks Mr. Paul LeBeau and Ms. Lena Bragg for providing this data and Ms. Carol Kosicki, Ms. Susan Heavner, and Ms. Mary Curran for adding headstone and vital records data. Additionally, we would like to thank the Friends of the Holliston Historic Cemeteries for lending a hand in the verification of the data.
Veterans’ Memorial Squares
We are pleased to present the information for some of the many Holliston Veterans on our website. These acknowledgements are presented in honor of those servicemen who died while serving their country in World War I (WWI), World War II (WWII), or the Vietnam War.
Births, Marriages, and Deaths from 1729 to 1843
Lastly, Mr. Paul LeBeau has graciously allowed us to present his data on “Births, Marriages, and Deaths from 1729 to 1843” assembled from vital records at the Town Clerk’s office.
Holliston Reporter Archive
Our latest collaboration is with Mr. Paul Saulnier, who has graciously allowed us access to Holliston Reporter articles from 2008 to 2019 in the ARCHIVE HOLLISTON REPORTER. This is an archive of 14,000 articles written and published between May, 2008 and September, 2019 by local reporters about local people and happenings.
