Rental Availability

PLEASE NOTE:

Below is our Rental Availability Calendar.  Although we have made every effort to keep it up-to-date, there may be a few dates we have inadvertantly missed.

BEFORE CONTACTING US ABOUT AVAILABILITY, PLEASE CHECK THE RENTAL AVAILABILITY CALENDAR.    IN MOST CASES IT IS UP TO DATE..   IT WILL SAVE US ALL SOME TIME.. Thank you.

You need to contact us personally so we can double check our calendar as there may be a temporary “hold” on a particular date or there has been an error on the website calendar. 

“Busy” means the property has been rented or is reserved for a Society function.  From mid-November to late March, the Calendar may show the facility as "busy", but this is primarily for the Barn which is closed during the Winter due to lack of heat.  The House is open year-round. Please check with the Rental Agents for the number of guests the House can hold and other stipulations regarding its use.

We only take reservations for one event per day, whether the house or the barn. So if the date reads "busy",  during the season, neither building is available. (There is currently a software glitch which is showing (12:00 AM) before the "busy". Please ignore it. We never have rentals that begin at midnight...)

Once you have picked a tentative date, please contact HHSCaretakers@aol.com, to confirm if that particular date is still available.  If you wish to reserve it, we will pencil you in for that date and send you back a Rental Application. Once we receive the application with deposit, we will send a confirmation of the reservation.
